SMART BUILDING AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT
OBJECTIVE
Our goal is to train masters of facility engineers combining the knowledge from a variety of scientific and engineering fields which are necessary to maintain and sustain urban buildings and facilities. Professors from different engineering faculties are taking a role in the program to update and teach state of the art new generation applications.
STUDENTS
Young engineers or scientists with BSc degree enthusiastic about energy, environment, artificial intelligence and automation who will improve their basic education. Those engineers will be trained to give services and manage the new generation (industry 4.0 technologies) building and facilities (hotels, sport complex, energy production sites, arts and social culture centers, financial centers, industrial factories, ports, railways, subways, trains, medical centers, education centers, shopping centers, tunnels , bridges, airports etc.) .
CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION
Having Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering diploma (Graduation score > 2.20). English exam scores must be higher than the scores given the table below.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES
36 credits are to be taken consisting of obligatory and elective courses and complete a graduation project of application in 3 semesters. The program has to be completed with 50% obligatory courses having a cumulative of 3.00/4.00.
